To add, relocate and adjust fire sprinklers for the expansion of an existing office tenant space, into an adjacent 39,500 ft/2 area within the same building. After the expansion the entire building (81,000 ft/2) will be occupied by a single office tenant. Sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, a folding partition and suspended ceilings. All fire sprinkler work shall be per approved drawings, related engineering, plan review conditions on file, UFC and the NFPA, as regulated by the Fire Department.
