EMPIRE BUILDING / BSMT CONFERENCE ROOM - To provide additional a/v notification devices within the TI area, powered by a new Power Extender panel connected to the existing building fire alarm system. The building permit (BLD 01-02633) is to construct a 1,100 square foot conference room and an adjacent 130 square foot kitchenette in the basement of the Empire Building. The conference room will be a common area for the use of all building tenants. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended ceilings, and finishes.
