The associated building permit BLD 01-02647 is to perform a major interior remodel of an existing 50,724 sq.ft. grocery store, and add new storage area at the rear of the building. Work to include new concrete pad on the exterior, new condensing unit, new walk-in cooler units, new stairways to office areas, equipment change out, and total remodel to the interior with all new finishes, ceilings, checkout counters, and miscellaneous related finishes.
