(ST LUKES-MEDICAL OFFICE PLAZA-2ND FLR)(WOMENS HEALTH ASSOCIATES) To modify and existing fire sprinkler system at the south end of the 2nd floor, installed by Shilo Automatic Sprinkler in 1983, for the remodel of approximately 10,687 ft/2 area for doctor's offices, exam rooms, procedure / treatment rooms, waiting and administrative support areas. Work is related to include construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls, to create new medical office rooms, and adjacent wall into the existing rated 1-hour exit corridor; 1-hour stair enclosure serving three levels. Also the addition of new suspended ceiling grid system. All fire sprinkler work shall be in compliance with adopted codes as noted in the plan review report, considered to be a part of the plans, and is regulated by the Fire Department. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase.
