The system will include partial area smoke detection in selected areas and rooms, and audible/visual annunciation. The associated building permit (BLD 01-01956) is to construct a new 2,600 sq.ft. single story, wood framed, multi-tenant office building with a 435 sq.ft basement mechanical room. NOTE: The basement area can not be used for any purpose other than a mechanical room there can not be any storage of files or furniture in this area.
A separate Certificate of Occupancy must be obtained to occupy the 850 sq.ft. future tenant space.
