SHORELINE TECH CENTER - To replace a fire alarm panel in an existing building. The new system will provide required offsite monitoring of the fire sprinkler system and include monitoring of existing duct smoke detectors for HVAC air handler shutdown.The associated building permit (BLD 01-03253) is to construct interior shell improvements to an existing 21,670 square foot building. Exterior shell improvements were done under permit BLD00-02062. Existing restrooms and nonbearing walls are being demolished. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior finishes, and suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
