Work is related to a 1-hr tenant demising wall, 2 restrooms, interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings, per drawings and plan review conditions on file. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Department. The fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance with the same. This fire permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-00118. Original shell fire permit is: FIR01-00521 under building permit BLD01-01064 (neither completed at this date).
