ECCO Electronic Controls -To add voluntary manual pull stations and additional audible alarms (horns) to an existing fire alarm system, which was approved at the time the building was built and occupied by ECCO Electronics under BLD96-02403. The existing alarm system includes required sprinkler monitoring and monitoring of duct smoke detectors for HVAC air handler shutoff. The additional horns are to comply with 1003.3.2 to provide additional audible sprinkler waterflow alarms in areas which are occasionally occupied on various shifts, as required by another inspecting authority (reportedly OSHA). There is no building permit associated with this alarm modification.
