GSA-NATURAL RESOURCE CENTER-BLM BLDG (ALL FLOORS) Remodel the interior of an existing 3 story 91,740 ft/2 office building per plans on file. Work will involve all 3 floors. Work to include: (1st floor) removal of partitions, construction of 64 lf of new noncombustible partitions in two separate locations, patch and repair suspended ceiling system. (2nd floor) removal of partitions, construction of 127 lf of noncombustible partitions in two separate locations, construction of 25 lf of tenant demising wall, patch and repair suspended ceiling system. (3rd Floor) Removal of partitions, patch and repair suspended ceiling system. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. A fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance with the same. This permit is attached to BLD02-03230.
