HUGO'S DELI - To add a horn alarm device and connect a kitchen hood extinguishing system and duct smoke detector, in the tenant improvement area, to the existing building fire alarm system which was approved under FIR 00-00575. The associated building permit (BLD 01-02965) is to construct a 1,938 sq.ft. restaurant per approved plans on file. Work to include, installation of seating booths, service counters, work surfaces, kitchen appliances, type-1 hood system, construction of new one-hour grease duct shaft, construction of a new one-hour tenant demising wall, construction of two new accessible restrooms, installation of a suspended ceiling system, and all new related inter finishes.
