(MK PLAZA I - BUILDING UPGRADE) The fire sprinkler system is used to partially resolve life safety concerns about the existing atrium. To complete Phase 4, 2nd floor and FDC Manifold conversion of a phased project to fully comply with an approved NFPA 13 system with the addition/upgrade of the 2nd Floor. The project is in correlation to modify an existing building to comply with required code upgrades. Work shall be per approved drawings/plans, attached review notes and data submittal specifications. Each future phase remodel requires a separate permit. The entire sprinkler project, including future work to follow int installation requirements of NFPA 13 and UFC standards. A fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance with the same.
