(CARRIER INTERMOUNTAIN) This permit is Fire Hose requirements and fire sprinkler verification to protect and added 320 L.F. of steel High-Piled storage rack system within the warehouse area of an existing tenant space. The racking was installed under the jurisdiction of the ADA COUNTY Building department. This building and additional racking was permitted, constructed and installed in ADA County prior to annexation by the City of Boise. The ADA County building department issued a Certificate of occupancy on 9/21/99, Building permit #9900657. Zoning Certificate #9900497. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system and related work shall comply with UFC-1997, NFPA 13-1999 and related, adopted pamphlets, these red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list, all as regulated by the Fire Chief. A fire "Inspection Card" is required as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance with the same. This permit is attached to BLD01-03175.
