BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS / SYRINGA/PMT BLDG-STE #102 - To add a remote annunciator panel, monitoring of three new HVAC duct smoke detectors for air handler shut down, and an inside audible sprinkler flow alarm within the TI space; and to provide a manual pull station at the fire sprinkler riser, all connected to the existing building fire alarm system which includes required offsite sprinkler monitoring. The original building fire alarm system was approved under FIR 01-00619. The associated building permit (BLD 02-00186) is to construct a 3439 sq.ft. office tenant space in the west end of the building per approved plans on file. Work will include, construction of interior partitions to create office spaces and small conference room & Storage room, Installation of a suspended ceiling system, installation of new cabinets, Miscellaneous related interior finishes, Separate permits required for Electrical, plumbing and mechanical work. This building is fully fire sprinklered for future area increase, The shell was constructed under Bld01-01316, The core area restrooms and exit access hallway and Tenant demising walls were all constructed under Bld01-02151.
