The associated building permit (BLD 01-01556) is to remodel areas on the 1st floor (2,395 square feet), 2nd floor (1,150 square feet), and 3rd floor (2,590 square feet) of an existing historic building for a new bank/office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, millwork, structural support for a new safe, an ATM, a marquee, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. This building is fire sprinklered for story increase.
