TERRACE PLAZA LLC - To install a new fire alarm system in an existing, partially sprinklered, 4 level building. The system will include monitoring of the partial sprinkler system, HVAC duct detectors for air handler shutdown, complete manual pulls, smoke and heat detection for elevator recall, supplementary selective area automatic smoke detection in common building hallways/corridors and complete audible/visual annunciation throughout the building. There is no associated building permit.
