Just For Kids Remodel-Fire alarm work to include the installation of a manual alarm system, supplementary selective partial area automatic detection and audible/visual annunciation in an existing portable classroom. The smoke detectors and the restroom notification devices are existing. Both the existing and the new fire alarm devices are to be connected to an existing Simplex fire alarm system located in the main school building. This connection is made through an existing underground conduit. Per the plans new wire is to be installed in one section of this conduit.The associated building permit (BLD 02-00685) is to remodel of existing portable classroom building. Work includes new exterior door and stair, two handicapped restrooms, kitchen and counters and cabinets per approved plans and attachments.
