ALM-To provide an alarm panel that will monitor the new fire sprinkler riser. The associated building permit (BLD 01-03228) is to CONSRUCT A NEW 18,650 SQUARE FOOT, ONE STORY, MULTI-TENANT SHELL BUILDING AND RELATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS. THIS BUILDING IS BEING CONSTRUCTED OF CONCRETE FOUNDATION AND SLAB FLOORS, MASONRY EXTERIOR WALLS, STEEL JOIST AND METAL ROOF WITH SOME WOOD FRAMED OVERBUILD. THIS BUILDING IS FULLY FIRE SPRINKLED. THE SPRINKLERS ARE BEING USED FOR ALLOWABLE AREA INCREASE. THIS IS A SHELL PERMIT ONLY, NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. SEPARATE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO FINISH EACH TENANT SPACE FOR OCCUPANCY. ALL CONSTRUCTION PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND ATTACHED COMMENT LIST. THIS BUILDING IS BEING CONSIDERED AND REVIEWED AS ONE BUILDING WITH THE EXISTING BUILDING ON THE PAD TO THE SOUTH. THE TWO BUILDINGS TOGETHER HAVE A TOTAL AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 37,650 SQUARE FEET(INCLUDING THE TRIANGLE TRELLIS AREA). BOTH BUILDING ARE TYPE V-N CONSTRUCTION AND FULLY FIRE SPRINKLED. JCM
