This building and tenant has selective coverage smoke detection. Fire alarm devices were previously remodeled within this space under fire alarm permit FIR00-00411. The associated building permit (BLD 01-03069) is to remodel a 1,441 sq. ft. area for vanilla finish to prepare space for future tenant in the southeast corner of building per plans on file. Work to include, construction of a one unisex accessible restroom, construction of a new one-hour tenant demising wall, new reception area and entrance vestibule.
