The associated building permit (BLD 02-00729) is to place a 24' x 38' relocatable classroom at Whitney Elementary School. All existing ramps, stairs and railings to be relocated with building. Furnish & install new cement panel siding for new skirting all around building, ramp and stair. Add foundation piers, tie downs and electrical.
