The addition is a single story, wood framed, Type V-One-hour, 4,368 ft/2 area on a concrete slab. Other related or non related work is the remodel of an existing public restroom and on site landscaping. This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. An approved and stamped plan, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance to this work.
