Cole Valley Portable Addition - A manual alarm system with complete automatic detection and audible/visual annunciation are to be installed in two existing portable classrooms. The new fire alarm devices are to be connected to an existing fire alarm system in the main building. There is no associated building permit. However, there is an outstanding permit FIR01-00354 to install a new fire alarm panel in the school, which has not yet been finaled. The proposed portable building alarm devices cannot be connected to a fire alarm system which has not been installed and approved. Therefore, approval of FIR01-00354 will be required before final approval will be given to this new FIR 02-00135.
