(OWYHEE PLAZA - 5TH FLR - CHELTON FLIGHTS SYSTEMS) This building is fire sprinklered under the provisions of the 1994 UCBC because it is too tall and has too many stories. This permit is to modify and add fire sprinklers in a new 4,955 ft/2 office tenant space on the 5th floor (actually the 6th floor) of the Owyhee Plaza for new interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceiling systems. The fire sprinkler system on this floor shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list; all as regulated by the Fire Chief. An approved and stamped plan, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance to this work. This permit is attached to BLD02-00437. Building demolition was BLD01-003231.
