Each floor is 5,877 ft/2 and contains 3- two bedroom, one bath units and 3- one bedroom, one bath units. The attic will protected with a dry system and the remaining facility will be wet. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. An approved and stamped plan, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance to this work.
