Each floor is 6,359 sq.ft. and contains 2- two bedroom, two bath units and 2- one bedroom, one bath units. The attic will protected with a dry system and the remaining facility will be wet. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, red-lined plans, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. An approved and stamped plan, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance to this work.
