This permit is the underground only to approximately 6" above fire sprinkler valve control room floor. The underground fire sprinkler supply shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, NFPA 24-1995, approved plans, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. An approved and stamped plan, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance to the installation and materials.
