This tenant space is located on the first floor (Southwest corner) with access from the exterior only. Work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms and suspended ceilings. The shell work for this space is covered under permit BLD02-00634. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD02-00477.
