(FORTE-PILATES YOGA) To prepare a shell space on the first floor of an existing historic building for occupancy as an exercise facility. This tenant space has a floor area of 1,627 ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related to interior nonbearing walls. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one hour fire-resistive substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13-1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" is required on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD02-00411.
