This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof system and 30 ft. defensible space will be maintained. This structure will require the installation of a NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system. The fire sprinkler flow alarm shall be interconnected to the required residence smoke detection system.
