To add fire sprinklers in a 19' X 20', 380-ft/2 addition to an existing medical clinic for record storage use. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD01-00357.
