The associated building permit (BLD 02-00637) is to construct a 1,002 sq.ft. X-Ray Room adjacent to an existing medical office per approved plans on file. Work to include, construction of one-hour tenant demising walls that will be lead lined, installation of a new 20-minute rated door assembly and alcove in an existing one-hour rated corridor system, installation of a suspended ceiling system, installation of new counters and sinks, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work.
