To expand an existing 9,527 ft/2 office tenant space into an adjacent 2,335 ft/2 area. After the expansion, this office tenant space will have a total floor area of 11,862 ft/2 and will occupy the entire floor. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. Also, the common restrooms on this floor are being modified to be accessible to the disabled. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
