To modify and add fire sprinklers in a remodel of an existing 5,050 ft/2 tenant space, (to be used as a bank) on the first floor (West side) of "One Capitol Center" existing fire sprinklered structure. Work is basically related to new interior nonbearing walls. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-00595.
