Sandcastles Learning Center - To install a new fire alarm system designed for the new day care occupancy in a non-sprinklered, two story, remodeled building. The system will include manual pull stations, selected coverage area smoke detection, monitoring of HVAC duct detectors, a/v annunciation, and remote station monitoring.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-01010) is for remodel of existing building including additions of 1088 sq. ft. on the first floor for classrooms and office space and 890 sq. ft. on the second floor used for storage. Includes HVAC, plumbing and electrical upgrades.
