HAVENWOOD ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY - To install a separate, new fire alarm system in each of four, new, approximately 7400 sq.ft, 1-story, sprinklered, buildings. Each building is covered under a separate Fire Alarm permit, corresponding with the separate building permit. The fire alarm system will include a manual alarm system, monitoring of the fire sprinkler system, selective coverage area smoke detection, duct detectors for HVAC air handler shut down, a/v annunciation, and offsite monitoring. In addition, single station smoke detectors are to be provided in accordance with UBC 310.10.
Each of the associated building permits (BLD 01-01641, BLD 01-01935, BLD 01-01944, BLD 01-01945) are to construct a new approx, 7400 sq.ft., 14-bed, single-story, wood-framed, congregate residence, senior assisted living facility.
