SUMMER WIND - To add smoke detection and a/v devices in a new addition, to be connected to the existing building fire alarm system.
The associated building permit (BLD01-02828) is to add 8 rooms to the existing, assisted living, congregate residence. The addition is to be a single story, wood framed, Type V-One-hour, 4,368 sq.ft. in area on a concrete slab. Work included in this permit is to remodel of an existing public restroom to make more accessible and on site landscaping. All construction per the approved plans, attached comment list and CABO/ANSI A117.1. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
