The associated building permit (BLD 02-00731) is to expand an existing 9,527 square foot office tenant space into an adjacent 2,335 square foot area. After the expansion, this office tenant space will have a total floor area of 11,862 square feet and will occupy the entire floor. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, and finishes. Also, the common restrooms on this floor are being modified to be accessible to the disabled.
