(PROMO SHOP - 2ND FLR) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To modify an existing fire sprinkler system for a 2,409 ft/2 area on the 2nd floor of an existing 28,327 ft/2 building, for an office tenant. Work is related to interior nonbearing walls. The existing accessible route provided from the public way to this tenant space shall be maintained available to the disabled. The existing first floor restrooms shall be maintained available to the occupants of this tenant space. Every occupant on the 2nd floor level and on the floor level above shall have unrestricted access, at all times, through this tenant space to the West stairway. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-01106.
