CAPITAL ONE / KIMBALL PLAZA - To voluntarily install complete audible/visual annunciation throughout the building, connected to the existing building alarm system, which provides monitoring of the automatic fire sprinkler system and duct detectors for HVAC air handler shut down. Two new NAC panels and a smoke detector will also be installed, in conjunction with the new alarm devices.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-00691) is to remodel in an existing 65,212 sq.ft. one story office building by creating some new enclosed offices, a new work room, a new mail room, and a new game room per approved plans on file. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
