(Foster Block Parking Garage) To install fire sprinklers for a new freight elevator serving the basement, first and 2nd floors of this parking structure. There is no building permit associated with the installation of this elevator. The elevator shaft was permitted with building permit BLD99-02049. Original sprinkler installed under FIR00-00072. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
