Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of new interior, non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls for new office areas & conference rooms and modified suspended ceiling system necessary to comply with adopted building codes. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. A certificate of occupancy is required. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
