I stopped by the business and spoke with Larry Segreto, general manager, about this outstanding permit. He stated that he would follow up on it and that they also are working with Ray Criner about getting an occupancy permit. I told him that a final on the fire alarm permit would probably be required to get his occupancy. I set up a follow up conference.

relocate smoke detector to more than 3' from the supply register and test, the smoke detector that was installed is not the smoke detector that was submitted. Provide approved smoke detector or resubmit new smoke detector information including compatibility listig to Sam Rogers for approval. This may require revised battery calcs. Duct detector in office area des not shut down HVAC unit when ativated, relocate duct detector in shop area out of the 90 degree bend and test, pressure switch on the sprinkler riser did not send signal to the FACP , test tamper switch, install electric alarm bell, provide a map per review note #4, rovide signs on the FACP door and the fire sprinkler riser door per note #12 1/10/2003 3:36:22 PM
