The associated building permit (BLD 02-00292) is to perform selective demolition per plan. To remodel an existing 423 sq. ft. area within the existing 23,473 sq. ft. Children's Specialty Center for use as a Physicians Medical Office's for Dr. Cherny, as part of existing CSC medical staff . Work to include non-combustible framing with fire-code sheetrock covering for portion of 1-hour rated exit corridor and interior partitions; to modify electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire sprinkler & alarm systems per tenants needs and minimum code requirements.
