Work is related to new construction of tenant demising walls, interior partitions to create warehouse area, manager's office, a sales office, wholesale showroom, one accessible restroom, and installation of suspended ceiling. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This building shell was constructed in Ada County in 1993 and annexed into Boise City. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
