Emerald Tech Center - Building #F (Shell) - To install approximately 142'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC pipe from Repair Gate off the property line off North Ancestor Place, west into a new 25,075 ft/2, one story, concrete tilt-up building with steel roof joist and metal roof deck. Also work includes 77'-0" of 6" C-900 from a repair gate off North Ancestor Place, west to a new fire hydrant. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are being used for area increase. This is an underground permit only. No overhead piping allowed under this permit. Separate overhead permit is required for overhead. Outside access with a 1 hour separated fire sprinkler control room will be provided with this facility. The underground fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, 24-1995, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
