The associated building permit (BLD 02-01080) is to construct a 3,673 sq.ft. office tenant in the northeast corner of the floor per approved plans on file. Work will include construction of a one-hour fire-rated tenant demising wall, extension of a one-hour fire rated corridor, construction of two fully accessible restrooms within the common area corridor, construction of interior noncombustible partitions within the office area, install two new 20-minute rated doors to access the corridor, installation of a suspended ceiling system in the office area, Miscellaneous related finishes, NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
