The work is to include a smoke detector located over the fire alarm panel with a manual pull station located with the fire alarm panel in the fire sprinkler riser room. The required horn/strobe is located on the interior wall of the shell space. The fire alarm panel appears to be monitoring two waterflow switches and two tamper switches. The associated building permit (BLD 02-00699) is to CONSTRUCT A NEW 25, 075 SQUARE FOOT, ONE STORY, CONCRETE TILT-UP BUILDING WITH STEEL ROOF JOIST AND METAL ROOF DECK AND RELATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS. THIS BUILDING IS FULLY FIRE SPRINKLERED. THE SPRINKLERS ARE BEING USED FOR AREA INCREASE. ALL CONSTRUCTION PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND ATTACHED COMMENT LIST. THIS IS A SHELL PERMIT ONLY. NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. SEPARATE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO FINISH THIS BUILDING FOR OCCUPANCY.
