HP BLDG #7 CUSTOMER DISPLAY ROOM - To add smoke detectors for release of door-hold open devices on the pass-through cabinet doors into the Display room. These doors are to facilitate delivery of catered food during conferences, in lieu of using the main entry doors, and need to be held open during loading/unloading of food items.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-01253) is to remodel an existing 2,412 sq.ft. office area within the existing building for set up & use as a 'Customer Display Room' per approved plans on file. Work includes construction of non-combustible framing with sheet-rock covering to isolate room from surrounding areas; suspended ceiling grid system; mechanical, electrical, sprinkler & alarm systems upgrades to meet tenant needs and be in compliance with current adopted codes; interior finishes and miscellaneous support facilities. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered.
