Strobes will be powered by a new NAC power extender panel located on the 16th floor, to be connected to the existing building FA system. The existing strobes on the 16th floor will also be re-wired to the new 16th floor NAC panel. The speaker amplifier is existing. This is part of an on-going upgrade agreement approved by the Fire Dept. The associated building permit (BLD 02-01247) is to remodel an existing 1,916 square foot office tenant space on the 16th floor of the US Bank building. Work is to include a 1-hr tenant-demising wall with a 20-minute door and a 45-minute side light window. A new suspended ceiling system is also being installed. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise.
