BLD02-00579 (BOISE CITY HALL-3RD FLR/FIRE DEPT & POLICE INTERNAL AFFAIRS) is to perform selective demolition of entire 3rd floor. To remodel the 13,183 sq. ft. area for use as administrative offices & conference rooms. To construct new interior, non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create new office areas & conference rooms; to upgrade restrooms for compliance with accessibility; modify suspended ceiling system, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarms systems as necessary to meet tenants needs and comply with adopted building codes.
BLD02-00938 (BOISE CITY HALL-4TH FLR/LEGAL DEPARTMENT) is to perform selective demolition of the entire 4th floor. To remodel the 12,231 sq. ft. area for use as administrative offices of the legal department. To construct new interior, non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create new office areas, reception & conference rooms; to upgrade restrooms for accessibility compliance; modify suspended ceiling system, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems as necessary to meet the needs of the tenant and to be in compliance with adopted City of Boise building codes.
