(NEW HEIGHTS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP ADDITION) To install approximately 181 feet of 6" C-900 PVC underground from the property line East on Jullian Street, into and under the foundation on the south side of a proposed, 17,367 square foot one story, type V1hr structure. The new addition shall be fully fire sprinklered and the sprinklers shall be used for substitution in most areas. The underground fire sprinkler system work shall comply with NFPA 13?1999, 24-1995, attached review comment and conditions list; as regulated by the fire chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is to the underground face of flange only. Hydrant work is not included. Overhead system shall require separate permitting. This FIR permit is attached to building permit: BLD02-00155.
